Any Subcontractor who receives the Contracting Party's payment will have no claim nor interest in the residual Subcontractor Share. Payment shall take effect upon the completion of payment to the Contracting party to the Subcontractors, provided that, the Contracting Party shall promptly notify each Subcontractor of the payment amount within two weeks after the Contracting Party has received the total payment. Payment is non-transferable and is only a right of payment, not a right to any consideration.
