Each Contractor shall pay to the other by the Due Date his proportionate share of the total cost of construction provided for the Contracted Part. All payments should be made as part of the separate payment, and separate account, and the Due Date that should be received for each of the Contractors to be paid under an agreement. d. Each Contractor shall keep complete records of the payments received from any one Subcontractor or Contractor, and shall provide them to the Contractor. e.
